Grit classifier is suitable for grit chamber in wastewater treatment plants. It is the integrative equipment in the separation and elevation of organic sand in sewage, capable of separating particles whose diameter is 0.2mm.

Grit classifier is suitable for grit chamber in wastewater treatment plants. It is the integrative equipment in the separation and elevation of organic sand in sewage, capable of separating particles whose diameter is 0.2mm. It has relatively high separation efficiency. The equipment uses shaftless screw and it has no underwater bearing With the characteristics of easy maintenance, compacted design and light weight, it is a kind of sand-water separating equipment. Its separation efficiency can be up to 96% to 98%. The nylon liner is of fast-loading type, making it easy to replace, the axial position of the screw is adjustable, making it easy to adjust the security clearance between its tail and wall of the box.
When spiral rotating, sand pushed to the exit gradually and fall into the car, then complete the whole process of grit separation.
